Example Letter to a bank to cancel a Credit Card
Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to request the cancellation of mine and my husband’s Westpac credit card.The card is a Gold Card with the number: ----4 ----0 ----9 ----1, valid until 11/04. The reason is that we are living in the UK for the foreseeable future, and will not be using the credit card, and do not wish to incur the annual fee.
